Bylaws

Bylaws Committee: Writes and/or edits the club’s Bylaws in conformity with Rotary  International’s guidelines. Convenes irregularly: mainly when updates or revisions to the existing Bylaws of the Rotary Club of Dover are deemed necessary. The newest revision is 2026 (the last was 2021), so it is anticipated that this committee will not need to meet for several years.
