Wil Draper Named Rotary Club of Dover Honorary Member

A few weeks ago, we heard the news that our fellow Rotarian, Wil Draper was not well and that he did not want leave the Rotary Club of Dover and wanted to continue to receive our “BING” newsletter so he could stay informed. We had the opportunity to get a special visit from Wil, our Rotary Club of Dover Honorary Member.
