Rotary Club of Dover Presents Scholarships to Dover Adult Learning Center Graduates

Congratulations to the Dover Adult Learning Center graduates as they received their diplomas last evening. Honored to have had the opportunity with Noreen Biehl to present two scholarships from the Rotary Club of Dover to students looking to further their education at the college level.
