Foundation minutes:
Nancy focused on international projects. While Dover has generously given to neighboring clubs with international projects, we never managed one. She would like to see us do something outside of our immediate area, either internationally of within the US that we take leadership on. International service shall foster projects that are sustainable. The receiving club needs to tell the sponsor club what they need.

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL & BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

THE OBJECT OF ROTARY
Is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
1. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service
