THE FOUR WAY TEST
Of the things we think, say or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL & BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
THE OBJECT OF ROTARY
Is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
1. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service
2. High ethical standards in business and professions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society.
The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business and community life.

Program:
“Going Out Speech – Amy to Matt”
Matt talked about changes and promises to remind people what Rotary represents. Thanked Amy for her service for the past year, along with thanking the Club for the support now and going forward. Presented Amy with the Paul Harris Fellow Award for the contribution monetarily. Thanked Marion for her support, passion, and the value she has brought to our Club. Thanked all the Past Presidents and asked them to stand and be recognized for their service over self and support along the way. Thanked the Past and current Board members, along with our membership, that without you, there is no Club. With our current membership at 65 members, Matt looks to continue to grow our Club, participate in the upcoming Cocheco Arts Festival on August 16th. Reminded us that we need to have fun, take part in the Rotary Foundation, engage new members, and remember all the good things we are doing for the local Community.
